Book a demoHow do tenants pay rent through Recurrent?
You send each tenant an invoice from Recurrent and they pay it online. The payment lands in your Recurrent wallet and the invoice is marked as paid, so your records update on their own.
How do I get the money into my bank account?
Add your bank account as a payout account, then withdraw from your wallet whenever you like. Enter the amount, pick a saved account and confirm. You can add more than one account and edit them at any time.
How does Know Your Tenant work?
When you add a tenant, Recurrent emails them a link to verify their identity. They upload an international passport, voter's card, driver's licence or NIN, and their KYT status shows on their tenancy once verified.
Can tenants sign the tenancy agreement online?
Yes. Send the tenancy agreement with the rent invoice and the tenant signs it digitally. The process stays contact-free, removes the risk of signature fraud and keeps the signed copy linked to the tenancy.
Can my property managers use Recurrent too?
Yes. Invite them by email and choose what they can view, create or edit across collections, properties, tenants, invoices and complaints. Each manager gets a dashboard for the properties assigned to them, and you can edit or disable their access at any time.
How do tenants report repairs or complaints?
Every Recurrent email your tenants receive includes a link to report an issue. You get an email and a dashboard notification, and when you mark it resolved the tenant is told. If they are not satisfied, they can reopen the ticket.
